Meet Sophia
Welcome to Atma Prema Holistic. Sophia is a North Carolina–based massage therapist (LMBT #11428), Reiki Master Teacher, ceremonialist, labor doula, sound bath facilitator, and author whose work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we are given the space to slow down, reconnect, and return to ourselves.
For more than 15 years, she has worked as a massage therapist in North Carolina, supporting clients through therapeutic touch, relaxation, pregnancy, postpartum, life transitions, and the everyday ways stress settles into the body. Her relationship with energy work reaches even further back. She has practiced Reiki for 21 years and is a Reiki Master Teacher who has guided and attuned others in developing their own connection to this healing tradition.
